These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Detour Navi ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

The App suggests detour routes that arrive around a time you choose and hands navigation to Apple Maps. Navigation runs in Apple Maps, which recalculates the route, so roads and arrival times may differ from the suggestion. "Avoid" settings are not passed to Apple Maps.

2. Terms of Use

• The App may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Use of the App requires access to your location.
• Route information is provided for reference only. Actual travel times may vary due to traffic conditions.

3. Free Use and Lifetime Unlock

You can search for routes up to 10 times per month for free. Only successful route searches count, and the count resets on the first day of each month based on your device's date. The non-consumable “Unlimited Route Searches” purchase removes the route search count limit in supported versions of the App. This purchase has no automatic renewal or recurring charge.

• The price is shown in the App and in Apple's purchase confirmation.
• Searches require an internet connection. Network errors and temporary limits on consecutive searches imposed by Apple Maps or the App may still occur.
• Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. A confirmed refund or revocation removes the associated entitlement.
• A promotional purchase grants the same unlimited-search entitlement as a purchase at the standard price.

Existing Plus and Pro subscriptions: The respective 120 and 300 monthly searches remain available during the active subscription term. Subscriptions are not offered in the new purchase screen. Manage an existing subscription and stop auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings. Buying the lifetime unlock does not cancel an existing subscription.

4. Payment and Refunds

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• For refunds, please contact Apple Support. Refund eligibility is subject to Apple's policies.

5. Disclaimer

• Route information and arrival times are estimates and accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
• Always prioritize safety while driving and follow traffic laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Misuse, reverse engineering, or modification of the App
• Using the App for illegal activities
• Actions that interfere with service operations

7. Changes to Terms

If we change these Terms, we will post the changes and their effective date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
