These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Detour Navi ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Service Description

The App is a navigation service that suggests optimal routes to help you arrive at your destination at a specified time.

2. Terms of Use

The App may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Use of the App requires access to your location.
Route information is provided for reference only. Actual travel times may vary due to traffic conditions.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro).

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Apple ID account settings.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
For refunds, please contact Apple Support. Refund eligibility is subject to Apple's policies.

5. Disclaimer

Route information and arrival times are estimates and accuracy is not guaranteed.
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Always prioritize safety while driving and follow traffic laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

Misuse, reverse engineering, or modification of the App
Using the App for illegal activities
Actions that interfere with service operations

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed without notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
